The use of SAPR (drones) is very useful for the reconnaissance of the current state and the state of degradation of platforms and plants composed of elements that are difficult to inspect with traditional methods. Such surveys are usually carried out through drone flights approaching the structures followed by close-up laser scans that allow obtaining high-density point clouds, aligned and registered during the processing phase to obtain a sized and explorable model and allow 2D-3D modeling of the current state.
